PEPPERMINT CHOCOLATE DELIGHT

Ingredients
  1. 18 ounces white chocolate chips
  2. 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  3. ¼ cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  4. 1 teaspoon peppermint or vanilla extract
  5. 1 cup crushed peppermint candies, divided

Instructions

  1. Line a 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving 2 inches hanging over each side.
  2. In a double boiler (or a metal bowl placed over a sauce pan filled with water), place white chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add peppermint or vanilla extract and ½ cup crushed peppermint candies.
  3. Pour mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle remaining candies over the top.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to overnight. Cut into small squares and serve!
